A site supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the work on a construction site is completed in a safe, efficient, and timely fashion. This combines elements of civil engineering, construction, and risk assessments. Works can be completed on residential, commercial, and industrial buildings alike.
The site supervisor will need to handle the following:
● Completing risk assessments on any given site.
● Ensuring that all safety equipment works as expected.
● Supervising all workers and contractors on the job.
● Conducting site reports and inspections before presenting findings at meetings.
● Coordinating deliveries such as materials and equipment.
● Working closely with the Site Foreman and report to the Project Manager.
