A site engineer is responsible for conducting all project-related tasks to maximise efficiency. This includes planning, leveling, and marking a construction site before beginning. In general, this role is responsible for keeping things running as smoothly as possible and ensuring there are no safety hazards. In some cases, these professionals are also accountable for managing the compiling of key construction materials based on the project's requirements and liaising with main and sub contractors. Typically, the role also may also cover the planning and supervision of the entire construction project.
