I started my career at specialising in the placement of permanent senior level professionals within the UK Power Sector and enjoyed this role for over 4 years. After building a successful desk I found coaching and developing trainees was something I thoroughly enjoyed so when the opportunity arose to step in to a full time training position I jumped at the chance.  I’m now managing a small team of dedicated internal trainers and together we run our internal learning and development department.

Our Training Bay is specifically designed to take Trainees and Graduates through all the fundamentals of the role in a live environment ensuring everyone has the tools to succeed in this sales based position.
