Senior Recruitment Consultant

The role of a Senior Recruitment Consultant is varied and demanding but here at Navartis we want to support, train and develop you so your full potential is reached. From day one you will join one of our existing successful teams to contribute to increasing revenue for the business and earn yourself some unmissable commission as you do so.

Your responsibilities:
Business Development calls to bring new clients on board and build your desk therefore you must feel comfortable cold calling both candidates and clients over the phone
Qualifying and screening candidates
Generating leads through candidates and clients
Writing job averts and scheduling interviews
Research of your specialist market
Proactive networking via LinkedIn, existing database, job boards, referrals

The Successful Candidate
Hard working & self-motivated graduate calibre candidate
A minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
You should be of a positive, confident & enthusiastic nature with excellent communication skills
