This national infrastructure EPCM contractor is involved in multiple industries, providing essential services across the infrastructure markets. With an exciting transition and growth period and a new centre of excellence being created in the heart of Western Sydney, this is an exciting time to join this organisation with exceptional growth plans ahead.

Due to the current growth, they are currently looking to hire 4 Regional Schedulers on a permanent basis, working on defence infrastructure services projects around the country, located in Western Sydney.

As the Regional Scheduler your responsibilities will include:

  • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the scheduling systems, execution of the work-flow processes, and work order management requirements.
  • Be abreast of all data and system issues, prioritise, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, parent business IT support, and lead through to timely resolution.
  • Support the scoping and implementation of improvement initiatives of the Scheduling system, associated master data, and supporting processes.
  • Coach maintenance and delivery team members on the efficient use of our system and processes.
  • Drive a culture of delivering customer and shareholder value
  • Carry out all work activities upholding the Company values of Integrity, Ingenuity, Collaboration and Challenge.
  • Actively participate in the Performance and Development Review process.
  • Positively contribute to a diverse, inclusive and fair work environment, free from discrimination, bullying and harassment.
  • Carry out all duties in line with Company policies and procedures as amended from time to time.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Ideally 3+ years experience in scheduling or production planning within a high-volume maintenance environment or closely related industry.
  • Ideally a mixture of engineeing/trade background with Supervisory experience
  • High-level of interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Expert knowledge of CLICK automated scheduling system, or similar high-volume enterprise scheduling systems is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent proficiency of ERP systems and associated master data, SAP experience is highly advantageous.
  • Competencies in the use of computer IT applications such as Microsoft Office suite, with advance skills in MS Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation, energy, initiative, and commitment.

To qualify for this position, you will be:

  • An Australian Citizen
  • Be able to provide or obtain a National police check
  • Provide or be in a position to obtain a baseline security clearance
