Based out of Doncaster we have an opening for an experienced and confident Administrator to join our business. Along with a starting base salary of up to 13-15k (dependent upon experience) and a 10% performance related bonus we also offer a clear career progression route.

Working hours of 8.30am to 5.15pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 4pm Friday.

About the Role
Working in a busy business support function, your responsibilities within the company will be to provide efficient administrative support. You will need to be proactive, well-presented, organised, have excellent work ethic and be focused on reaching your targets on a daily basis. You will have an outgoing and friendly personality and will take pride in over achieving and getting through your workload with excellent attention to detail.
The role is challenging, fast paced and requires a natural communicator that is customer service oriented, motivated, organised and is a very outgoing and confident communicator as up to 50% of the role will be based on the telephone.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Inputting and checking payroll data including processing CVs onto the in-house data base in an accurate and timely fashion, system maintenance including data cleansing.
• Job board management including posting online vacancies and data vetting of own work.
• Answering inbound calls/queries and directing these internally. Making outbound calls to suppliers.
• General Admin duties including but not limited to: Checking and ordering of stock levels, photocopying and acting as front of house to all visitors, taking in work related parcels, stock replenishment including condiments and vending/popcorn machine or meeting room set up.
• Acting as first point of contact for all reportable IT issues, releasing spam, new employee IT requests, basic server maintenance of signatures, setting up company mobiles and distributing, headset set up,
• External trips i.e. Post office and management of mail.
Key experience and skills required:
• Demonstratable experience of working to deadlines.
• Demonstratable positive can-do attitude, strong work ethic and strong communication skills.
• Previous experience of data input with the ability to work to a high level of accuracy
• Willing and able to contribute to other team tasks and quarterly functions as and when required.
• Minimum of 1 year’s previous telephone-based customer service experience covering inbound and outbound calls. This would also include excellent interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in undertaking administrative work is also essential
• Good understanding of IT. Proficient and competent in using a PC and MS packages such as word and excel be serious about starting a career in business administration.
• Must be organised, proactive with an excellent telephone manner and time management skills.
• Must be able to drive and have own vehicle.
• Must be well present, confident with an outgoing personality.
• Physically and able to lift and move stock
• Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
