Job Title:
HR Operations Specialist (6 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Location:
Birmingham / Coventry / Wolverhampton

Salary/Benefits:
£45,000-£65,000

Start Date:
ASAP

Company Information:
My Client is a Global Transmission & Distribution Company.

To be suitable for the position you must have;
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Law or related discipline
-Strong years of experience in HR Operations within commercial organizations with a good/excellent knowledge of the UK employment legislation
-Excellent planning, project management and coordination skills, combined with a 'hands on' approach and MS Office skills, proficiency with HR Information Systems (Workday)

Although not essential it would also be advantageous if you have;
-Strong results- and customer service orientation, with great attention to details
-Resilient and flexible self-starter with a proactive attitude, able to structure, prioritize and build infrastructure while ensuring effective service delivery at the same time
-Experience working in the same or similar role in the UK

Role Information;
-Support the Regional HRBP Europe with respect to operational HR matters in the country, ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
-Support the execution of 'from hire to retire' HR processes, manage the administrative life-cycle of employees from onboarding to offboarding in collaboration with the HR Service Centre
-Work closely with the Global Compensation & Benefits Lead, provide country level support in the implementation and administration of compensation processes, administer and communicate Employee Benefits
-Lead monthly payroll preparation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and with external service provider
-Maintain HR data and personnel files, perform analytics, prepare reports as required
