Facilities Assistant - Facilities Coordinator

Location
Oxford and surrounding areas Reading, Farringdon, Newbury, Slough Swindon ext.

Salary / Benefits
£22,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Start Date
May - June 2018

To be suitable for the position you must have
- Ability to adapt and learn
- Excellent Reading and writing skills
- Some understanding of Maintenance
- minimum of 1 years Facilities Assistant/Facilities Co-ordination experience

Although not essential it would also be advantageous if you have
- Report writing experience
- Worked with and Coordinated Sub Contractors before

- Ensuring sub contractors are following correct process
- Co-ordination and planning of sub contractors for maintenance activities
