Hours of work, 8.30am to 5.15pm M-T, 8.30am to 4pm on Fridays.

The role.
 
 Joining the Marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting with the development and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to delivery and post-campaign analysis within the UK, Australia and Canada. These campaigns will include B2B lead generation, candidate attraction and brand awareness.

 
In addition your role will be heavily focussed on copy writing, therefore as a proven content writer, you will deliver compelling pieces that span across Social Media (the Navartis Website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube and Twitter), Blogs, Articles, Newsletters, Video, PR and sales/events collateral. 

Your brief will include exposure to supporting the wider marketing activities undertaken by the business, including events and design, coupled with external agencies to brief on projects, managing these through and ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and in budget.

The successful candidate:

You will know all there is to know about social media, including best practice and effective management of Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn and YouTube, along with a wide knowledge of both Organic and Paid social media campaigns and a clear understanding of social listening. You will be able to demonstrate this through the imaginative ideas and great results

  • You will also understand direct B2B digital marketing activities.
  • Ideally two years’ plus social media experience
  • Ideally one year’s copy writing experience
  • Experience defining and delivering social media campaigns and activities,
  • Good knowledge of social media insight tools, such as Marketo
  • Proven track record for increasing traffic, followers and engagement
  • Extensive experience of driving community and engagement through social media
  • A good eye for imagery/photographs
  • Skilled writer and content creator
  • A 'can do’ attitude and a great verbal and written communication skills
  • A related marketing Degree
