Job description
Job Title:
- Contract Supervisor also keen to here from Contracts Managers, Senior Site Managers, Site Managers, Site Supervisors, Assistant Project Managers
Location:
- Based in the Midlands ideal for those located in and around Wolverhampton, Stoke, Birmingham, Coventry and Nottingham
Day rate:
- £220 - £260 a day
Duration:
- 12 months contract
Start Date:
- Immediate start dates available
Project Information;
- Working on a major refurbishment project to deliver cladding, facades and roofing aspects.
To be suitable for the position you must have;
- Experience in Cladding, Facades and Roofing projects
- Strong background running sites and managing site teams
- Experience with RAMS and Site Reporting
Although not essential it would also be advantageous if you have;
- Previous experience in contract supervisor positions
- Experience within leisure and mixed use devleopment projects
Role Information;
- Some travel to alternative sites and head office will be required
- Liasing with Contracts Manager and Project Managers
- Producing general site paperwork and reports and reading drawings
