Based out of Doncaster we have an opening for an experienced Business Administrator to join our us to work in our busy Business Support Team. Along with a competitive base salary (16-18k) and a 10% performance related bonus we also offer a clear path for career advancement as we operate on a meritocratic basis with over 90% of our Management having been promoted internally.

About the Role

Working in a busy business support function, your responsibilities within the company will be to provide efficient administrative and payroll support. You will need to be proactive, well-presented, organised, have excellent work ethic and be focused on reaching your targets on a daily basis. You will have an outgoing and friendly personality and will take pride in over achieving and getting through your workload with excellent attention to detail.
It would be advantageous if you had some experience working within a payroll team. In addition you must be outgoing and a confident communicator as the ability to build a rapport with external contractors working for Navartis is key to the success of the role.
The role is challenging, fast paced and requires somebody that is customer service oriented, motivated, organised and is a very confident communicator as up to 50% of the role can be based on the telephone.

 

Main duties and responsibilities:

·Obtaining, processing and authorising time sheets
·Inputting and checking payroll data
·Processing payments to our Limited company contractors
·Answering any payroll related queries including but not limited to; remittance requests, liaising with clients regarding expenses, signature queries and more.
·General Admin duties including but not limited to: Answering the phone professionally, checking and ordering of stock levels, booking in and out of headsets, photocopying and acting as front of house to all visitors.
·Processing CVs onto the data base in an accurate and timely fashion.

Key experience and skills required:

·Experience of working within a payroll team
·A customer / client focussed approach
·The ability to work to a high level of accuracy
·A positive can do attitude and strong communication skills
·Previous telephone based customer service experience is essential
·Previous experience in undertaking administrative work is also essential
·A confident and outgoing personality
·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
