Document Controller Jobs - Permanent and Contract

Job Candidates for document controllers will have to take on the following responsibilities and duties:

● Retrieve, store and catalogue both electronic and hard-copy documents using a methodology consistent with company procedure.

● Supports the creation and distribution of documents throughout the organisation.

● Controls numbering and naming systems for documents, filing project work in an orderly manner.

● Responsible for processing information requests, requests to retrieve relevant company information, assist with information searches, and help departmental personnel manage their own data requirements.

● Ensure that all files, whether electronic or otherwise, are filed away accurately.

● Ensure that all data and files under the control of the company are frequently updated, where necessary.
