Permanent And Interim Contract Manager Jobs

These types of permanent and sometimes interim management roles oversee the end-to-end process of projects within the rail, construction and engineering sectors. Projects range in scale and scope, but the Contract Manager will always be the first point of contact for clients, the public, site managers and sub-contractors throughout the duration of the project.

People in this job role typically need to be mindful of business schedules and budgets, completing work to agreed deadlines and parameters. Health and safety are top priority, as is managing client and contractor expectations, but there is plenty of room for variety. In this role you’ll be a skilled organiser and experienced with strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
