Learning and Development Supports Careers

Our Trainee Recruitment Consultants receive a tailored training programme, which starts the moment that they walk through the door and flexes to suit their career aspirations into management or through the ranks from a Trainee Consultant right through to Principle Consultant

All this is supported and headed up by our in-house Learning and Development team which also provides access to the NavKnowledge Career Academy.  An ongoing programme of insight, training and workshop sessions, delivered by leading industry experts within the Rail, Civils & Construction and Power sectors.  These workshops are designed to ensure that our Consultants have the edge and fully understand the ever evolving needs of the candidates and clients in the industries that we service.

What do our Consultants say about us?

“Navartis has a strong culture for developing its employees. I started here with no experience in recruitment but through the impressive Learning and Development set up, I have progressed and received two promotions whilst working on fascinating projects across the UK including Hinkley Point C and East Anglia One. Through the training received within the business, I have become well known by some of the most influential leaders in the Power and Construction industry and enjoy providing a consultative service when called upon.
To me, Navartis is a company for the ambitious and for the hungry. We are encouraged to be the best that we can be, both in the professional and informed manner in which we work and in the personal development that elevates us to greater heights, all whilst supporting the majority of the most important and prestigious projects in Europe.
My personal journey continues at Navartis, I have much more to achieve and this is supported fully by a great team. I would recommend Navartis to anyone who wants a career in recruitment, who wants to be challenged and who is driven by personal development.” - Dan Wray – Recruitment Consultant to the Power Sector

When I started with Navartis back in 2012, my training consisted of the basics of recruitment, but delivered in a very friendly, easy to understand way, so that trainees with zero experience like myself could really take to recruitment and not be daunted by it, but actually be excited about taking part and having a go at recruitment. - Daz Singh – Principle Consultant to the Power Sector
