Our Trainee Recruitment Consultants receive a tailored training programme, which starts the moment that they walk through the door and flexes to suit their career aspirations into management or through the ranks from a Trainee Consultant right through to Principle Consultant

All this is supported and headed up by our in-house Learning and Development team which also provides access to the NavKnowledge Career Academy.  An ongoing programme of insight, training and workshop sessions, delivered by leading industry experts within the Rail, Civils & Construction and Power sectors.  These workshops are designed to ensure that our Consultants have the edge and fully understand the ever evolving needs of the candidates and clients in the industries that we service.
