From day one your development is our top priority, that’s why every new starter at Navartis receives expert level training from our in-house Training Manager who is Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualified. We believe in “up-skilling” our recruiters and we actively encourage progression and development.

Ongoing Support

Our approach to learning and development ensures that all our employees at every level, from Trainees right through to Senior Management, have the support they need to be all they can be. After your first four weeks, you will move from out of our Training Bay and into your team. You will continue to receive desk-level coaching and begin a 12 module programme with our Training Manager. We cover in-depth recruitment theory and give you the practical skills needed to excel in recruitment.

We're one of the few businesses who open our doors to professionals regardless of whether they have recruitment experience. The role is varied and demanding, but here at Navartis we support, train and develop you to reach your full potential and become a successful Recruitment Consultant. 

We believe in promoting from within and you don't have to wait for a management role to become available in order to progress. If your goal is to become a Manager then we will build a team around you and coach you on every step of your journey. Two thirds of our leadership team started their recruitment careers as Trainees here at Navartis.

If management isn't the path for you, then our Principal Consultant role allows you to run your own desk, generate new business, develop existing clients, and focus on making placements.
