Bid Manager Jobs

This important position provides a vital component of the construction management function, working to ensure bids submitted to clients are properly researched and well managed. Working within the property, rail, construction and engineering industries, people in this job submit tenders that are on time, within budget and meet the needs of the client. With bids being so competitive and absolutely critical to winning new business, this role is an incredibly important one. Managers planning, presenting, answer client questions, resolve problems, liaise with estimators and key stakeholders and ensure the end bid gives their organisation the best possible chance of success.

Senior Bid Managers enjoy a variety of tasks and typically work under a Bid Director. They are assertive, good decision-makers and team players, often with a background in project management or bid coordination.
