The main focus at Navartis has always been to give our contractors and clients a pro-active and accurate service while meeting freelance contractor and permanent staffing needs. I am primarily involved with our database maintenance, tracking the company’s KPIs, advertising the company’s roles and much more. Like all here at Navartis, myself and my colleagues pride ourselves on providing a personalised service and a quality experience.

Our work within the Business Support team is always very fast-paced, like most things at Navartis! It could involve carrying out administration duties, guiding our contractors through the book-out process or within payroll but each day comes with its own new and exciting tasks!
