Recruitment Consultant - Trainee

Based out of Doncaster.

Navartis Limited are a specialist recruitment company supplying senior engineers and managers to the technical markets, part of a recruitment group which has traded since 1983 our business is well established and has a track record of successfully developing trainees into successful recruiters. Due to a rapidly expanding business portfolio we are now looking to recruit two Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our existing teams and we are seeking those with an existing sales background and an interest in pursuing a career in the recruitment industry.

Your responsibilities will include selling the services of our company to clients and candidate's alike, interviewing senior engineers and managers, matching client and candidate requirements and overcoming objections, attending client and candidate meetings and growing relationships with blue chip organisations.

You will need to be a passionate well motivated individual with a strong sales background and you must be willing to work hard to develop both yourself and the business. In addition you must also be able to demonstrate a successful track record of working to and exceeding sales targets as well as having the hunger to make the most of this opportunity.

Recruitment experience is not necessary as successful applicants will be provided with extensive training over a 13 week induction period to assist with the success in this demanding role.
